ANNOUNCEMENTS
· This week we come to the end of the season of Epiphany and prepare to enter the season of Lent.
· Today is Transfiguration Sunday.
· Wednesday is Ash Wednesday—beginning of Lent.

· OPERATION CRISTMAS CHILD--425,209 gift boxes were packed by Canadians in 2023, part of the 11,330,126 shoeboxes that will be distributed in over 100 countries around the world. It’s nice to know that we played a part in a big mission! Thanks for your prayers in support of this project.
· Bible Study – A small group at Westminster have chosen to embark on a 5 week bible study “You Were Made for This Moment” based on the life of Esther in the Old Testament, led by Max Lucado. The study group will meet at Westminster Friday afternoons from about 1:00 to 2:30 starting Friday Feb 9th. Each week there will be a roughly 20 minute video presentation from Max Lucado, followed by a group discussion led by the individual study guides.

· WORLD DAY OF PRAYER March 1, 2024 at 1 pm at Cornerstone Church
· Please forward the following 2023 messages/reports to Marg by March 8th so they can be included in the Annual Report. Interim Moderator, Worship Leader, Session, YouTube, Benevolent and Children's Fund, Sunday School, Fundraising, Our Daily Bread.
· Cornerstone Café –After church each Sunday.
· Coffee Drop-In – Church Hall every Friday morning 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Everyone Welcome
· Please remember to contribute to the Tara Food Bank if you are able. There is a container at the front door of the church to leave donations.
